Elena Perondi is graduated in her M.Sc. in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (2002) and she gets her PhD in Business Information System at LUISS Guido Carli University in 2007. Her research interests involve project management and strategic innovation towards sustainability, with an emphasis on social innovation. She is currently collaborating in the European Project “EU-InnovatE”. She is co-founder of two associations that deal with social cohesion and promote social innovation projects with a multidisciplinary approach. This associations involve designers, architects, economists, environmental engineers and computer scientists. She has considerable experience in managing projects for sustainable, urban, and local development.
